Duties and Responsibilities:
Candidates for the Painter positions will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Repairing cracks and holes in surfaces before painting
- Applying paint, wallpaper, and related materials to interior and exterior surfaces
- Preparing, cleaning, and sanding surfaces prior to painting
- Utilizing the latest tools and equipment in the painting field
- Demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exhibiting strong organizational and interpersonal abilities
- Erecting scaffolding and swing stages, and attaching rigging as needed
- Mixing paint to achieve desired colors and textures
- Measuring, cutting, and applying wallpaper and other fabrics to walls and surfaces
